The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in even without my deposit fee, which I appreciated since I didn't have enough cash on hand. The reception was open 24 hours, making it convenient for a late-night check-out. The wifi connection was excellent, and I also loved the cozy ambience in the lobby, which had a coffee shop. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to public transportation, including the MRT station. I also felt safe during my stay, as the hotel was not situated in a poor residential area that could raise safety concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The hotel was super clean, with brand new facilities. Its location was convenient to shops, convenience stores and transportation. It was close to everything we needed, including a shuttle service to a nearby mall. The staff even accommodated special requests, ensuring our safety and surprising us with a thoughtful birthday surprise.
