Portovita Towers Apartment Manila provides guests with a fully-fitted kitchen and views of the city, approximately 10 minutes by car from Pinaglabanan Memorial Shrine. The apartment can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot from nearby Araneta Center - Cubao tube station.

There are also a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator available.

The apartment is 2.2 km from the urban community Bernardo Park and Ninoy Aquino International airport is 26 minutes’ drive away. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The photos online accurately depict the beautiful rooms, which were clean and had a pleasant scent when I arrived. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were the best I've ever slept on. The hotel is conveniently located near several shopping malls, making it easy to explore and enjoy this bustling city. Additionally, there is a convenience store downstairs, which was very convenient. The shower had hot water, and the hotel even provided basic cutlery. The staff who assisted me during check-in were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start.

We had a fantastic stay at this condotel. The apartment was clean and the size was perfect for our small family. The location was great, as it was near the shopping malls, including Alimall, Gateway, and SM Araneta. One of the best things about this place was the free pool access, unlike other condotels we've looked at that charged an extra fee. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and the pool attendant was friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Mona for her excellent accommodation and for making our stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The swimming pool was very nice and perfect for a relaxing dip. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was within walking distance of several shopping malls. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Mona, the caretaker, and Maya from the admin office. The rate was very affordable for my group of six people. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast.
Hard to think of anything negative.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a smart television with Netflix available for our entertainment. The strategic location near shopping malls made it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff, especially Ms. Mona, was kind and communicated well with the guests. The free pool access was a bonus, and the friendly pool attendant made our experience even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is centrally located and near shopping malls like SM mall. The hotel facilities are clean and efficient, and the staff is approachable and easy to talk to. The transportation in this city is very efficient, with public transportation available 24/7. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7-eleven at the ground floor and Jollibee just a minute away from the property.
