The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The room itself was clean and had a pleasant scent upon entering. The cozy sofa in the room was a nice bonus. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a mini stop and eateries nearby. It was also just a short walk away from the city hall and a 10 to 15-minute walk to the red district and malls.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The place felt clean and sanitized, and the staff adhered to important safety protocols. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to everything we wanted to visit, such as spas, restaurants, malls, and banks. We were especially pleased with the comfortable beds and duvets, which provided us with a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this hotel to non-smokers, as the rooms are designated as non-smoking areas.

Transportation options like Grab and Angkas are easily accessible, making it convenient to get around the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
