We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the supervisor Jade, was very attentive and approachable, promptly addressing our concerns. The food was delicious, and the convenience of being able to purchase it within the hotel and have it delivered to our door was a major advantage. The family suite room was spacious and impeccably cleaned, perfect for accommodating three people. we felt right at home during our nine-day stay.
Couldn't stay longer.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very near to a huge mall and within close proximity to the lively nightlife of the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were fantastic, with friendly and polite service. They were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests that I had. Moreover, the security guard was very helpful, ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout my stay.

The staff were accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast served in our room upon request. The location was ideal, with a large mall just across the street, providing easy access to a variety of amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was right across the road from Robinson shopping mall and really close to the night life in this city. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful, always catering to my needs and providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right across from a mall and within walking distance of the LRT metro station. The staff at the hotel were incredibly courteous, accommodating, and helpful. From the reception desk to the housekeeping staff to the security guards, everyone made me feel welcome and attended to my needs. The food at the hotel was also a pleasant surprise - delicious and worth the price, especially considering it came with the room and breakfast. My room, a studio type, was also quite decent. It had a city view, and I was provided with two bottles of water every day.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
